Annjulie, TEFL/TESOL certified coach and co-founder of One Happy Coach

Hi!

I’m Annjulie, from One Happy Coach!

I’m originally from Venezuela and have lived, studied, worked, and taught in international environments across the United States and Chile.

I hold a Master of Arts in Management, and an MBA with a specialization in Organizational Management, from universities in the United States.

I am also a TEFL/TESOL Certified Coach.

Throughout my academic and professional journey, English has been an essential part of workplace communication, international collaboration, education, and business environments.

But beyond work and education, English is also part of my everyday life. I genuinely love the language and use it daily at home, which has helped me experience English not only as a professional tool, but also as a natural part of communication, connection, and personal growth.

Professional Background

My professional experience includes:

  • International student and scholar support at a university in the United States
  • Regulatory affairs work in the medical equipment industry
  • Business consulting
  • English teaching in Chile
  • Management work for the New Zealand and Australian embassies in Chile

English Teaching Experience

In Chile, I taught:

  • General English
  • Business English
  • Aviation English
  • TOEFL preparation

I worked with adult learners from diverse professional and academic backgrounds. Over time, I realized that many adults do not need “perfect English” — they need confidence, practical communication skills, and a supportive environment where they feel comfortable learning and participating.

That idea became one of the foundations of One Happy Coach.

The One Happy Coach Approach

At One Happy Coach, the goal is not only to study grammar, but to help students communicate more confidently in real workplace situations.

Classes focus on:

  • Practical communication
  • Guided conversation
  • Realistic scenarios
  • Workplace interaction
  • Supportive coaching
  • Structured progression

I believe learning English should feel practical, encouraging, and enjoyable — not stressful or intimidating.

Whether students are preparing for hospitality work, healthcare communication, business environments, or personal growth, the objective is to help them feel more confident, capable, and accomplished step by step.
